Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded — that is, from ordering an instance or topping up your balance.

To exercise the right, you must inform us (Phillipp Jäger, Karl-Liebknecht-Ring 2, 06679 Hohenmölsen, Germany, email: info@citexnode.de) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email or a dashboard ticket). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

If you requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of the withdrawal, compared with the full contract — for a server term, the share of days already elapsed.

Immediate performance and early expiry

On CitexNode, performance begins immediately: an ordered instance is provisioned at once, a topped-up balance is usable at once. By ordering or topping up you expressly request that we begin before the withdrawal period ends.

The right of withdrawal expires early once we have fully performed the service, having begun only after your express request and your acknowledgment that you lose the right upon full performance. A fully elapsed server term is a fully performed service.

For your balance this means: if you withdraw a top-up, we refund the unused part in full. Balance already spent on runtime is treated as proportionally performed service.

Gifted credits (promotions, goodwill, balances carried over from the pre-euro credit era) are not payments and are not paid out.
